Daniel Berrigan scrapbook, 1930-1950.

Scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photos, programs, and writings assembled by Daniel Berrigan in his youth. There is material about various Berrigan family members: John Berrigan, Jerome Berrigan, Edmund Berrigan, Agnes Berrigan, etc. There are early writings by Daniel Berrigan and a poem by John Berrigan. Selection of clippings prefigures some of Daniel Berrigan's adult interests in civil rights and resistance to civil authority when in conflict with religious idealism.
